Inc, (MBE) is a mechanical, electrical, plumbing
and sustainable building systems engineering firm, formed
in 1987. The firm is dedicated to mostly complex
projects involving K-12 schools, colleges, universities,
healthcare and research institutions.
Our engineering services include large
scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure and various
building types. This includes major science and
technology laboratories, research facilities, libraries,
healthcare facilities, auditoria, gymnasiums, recreational
facilities, and teaching facilities.
The firm also performs work for non-institutional
facilities such as hotels, shopping centers, restaurants
and office buildings.
Our client relationships include working directly with
institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities
and as collaborators with reputable architects.
The firm is recognized as a leader
in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable building
systems design. Fundament & Associates,
Inc., has been the prime consultant for the
California Energy Commission for energy efficiency and
sustainability of schools, institutional facilities,
and local governments.
